Terms of service

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Bolkani E.K.

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and contracts concluded by customers via the Bolkani E.K. online shop. We do not recognize any conflicting terms and conditions of the customer unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer submits a binding offer. We will confirm receipt of the order by email. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order by sending a separate order confirmation or shipping confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros, including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs, if applicable.

Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, and other payment methods specified in the shop.

4. Shipping Conditions

Our products are shipped via various service providers and warehouse locations. Shipping and return addresses may vary depending on the warehouse and service provider.

Returns must be sent only to the return address assigned by us (e.g., using the return label). Shipments to other addresses cannot be accepted.

The delivery time begins upon handover to the shipping provider. Delays after handover are beyond our control. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly in such cases.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider, responsibility for delivery and the condition of the shipment transfers to the shipping provider. Bolkani E.K. will provide assistance with any problems to the extent possible.
