Shipping Partners and Warehouse Locations
Our products are shipped via various carriers and warehouses. Shipping and return addresses may vary depending on the warehouse location and carrier. Please note that our company's physical address listed in the legal notice cannot be used as a shipping or return address.

Returns
For returns, please use only the return address provided by us, which is included on a return label or in your order confirmation. Shipments sent to other addresses cannot be accepted.

Shipping Time and Delivery Times
The delivery time begins the moment the shipment is handed over to our shipping carrier. Delays that occur after handover to the shipping carrier are beyond our control. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for delivery information.

Liability During Shipping

Once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider, responsibility for timely delivery and the condition of the shipment transfers to the shipping provider. However, Bolkani E.K. will assist you with any problems or damage to the extent possible.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days. Deliveries to other EU countries typically take 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

What are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, we offer free shipping on orders over €100. For orders below this amount, we charge €6.99 for shipping. EU-wide deliveries are calculated based on the destination country and displayed at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email after shipment. You can use this number to track your shipment online at any time.
